Meet Sal Velasquez, Jr., the visionary force behind Saltronix, a journey that began in 1992 when he set out to make a difference in the oil and gas industry. Starting from his garage, Sal identified a crucial need and worked tirelessly to master the trade, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to hard work.
Sal's journey reflects not just a progression in business but a testament to his strong work ethic and determination. Initially servicing microwaves and computers, he pivoted to specialize in equipment vital to the oil and gas field. From the outset, Sal was determined to provide services with full honesty and transparency, even when it meant challenging the status quo.
Known among his peers as a knowledgeable and honest man, Sal's commitment to his values sometimes put him at odds with others. However, his steadfast adherence to principles has been a cornerstone of Saltronix's success.
Beyond the world of oil and gas, Sal is a family man at heart. He shares his life with his wife and four children, finding joy in relaxation and travel with the ones he loves. Outside of work, you'll likely find Sal indulging his passion for BBQ and enjoying the soothing sounds of jazz.

Salvador "Net" Velasquez, III
Senior Technician & Quality Control Manager
Meet Salvador "Net" Velasquez, III, a key figure at Saltronix and the embodiment of expertise and dedication. As the son of Sal Velasquez, Jr., Net's journey with the family business started at a young age, fulfilling small contracts before officially joining the team in 2005.
Guided by his father's encouragement, Net pursued a career in electronics. He attended college, emerging as a certified electronics technician, and has since become an integral part of Saltronix's success. As the Senior Technician and Quality Manager, Net oversees the intricacies of board-level repairs, ensuring the highest standards of excellence in every project.
In addition to his technical prowess, Net takes on the role of mentor, training junior technicians and apprentices to uphold the family legacy of expertise and integrity. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through ongoing education, honing his skills and staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
Outside the world of electronics, Net is a family man with a passion for travel. Japan holds a special place in his heart as his home away from home. Yet, he also finds joy in the simple pleasures—a quiet night by the fire with his wife, savoring a good cup of coffee.

Meet Ben Cano, our dedicated Junior Technician at Saltronix, Inc. Ben embarked on his journey with us as an apprentice in 2016 and has since evolved into a pivotal member of our team.
As the go-to expert for high-voltage gloves, torque wrenches, and multipliers, Ben's technical prowess is matched only by his unwavering commitment to excellence. His proficiency extends beyond his primary responsibilities, as he also collaborates with our senior technician in handling intricate survey equipment.

Working directly under the owner, Sonia plays a pivotal role in manufacturing the Saltronix RTD, contributing to the core of our technological offerings. Her commitment to precision and quality is unparalleled, ensuring that every product meets the high standards set by the family business.

Sukie's encouragement and unwavering support have been the foundation upon which Saltronix was built. In the early days, the path was challenging, but Sukie's dedication alongside Sal's hard work has resulted in a solid and successful business.
Known for her kind heart and a willingness to assist customers, Sukie is a valuable asset to the team. Her skills extend beyond the office, where she is not only an efficient office worker but also a fluent Spanish speaker, bridging communication gaps and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
Sukie's nurturing nature is reflected in her daily rituals of cleaning and organizing the office, a labor of love that she humorously attributes to her motherly instincts, saying, "that's what moms do!"

Meet Kieu-Mai Velasquez, the dynamic force behind the scenes at Saltronix, Inc. Since joining in 2016, Kieu-Mai has brought a fresh perspective and unparalleled efficiency to our operations.
Hailing from Austin, TX, where she previously worked as an RD for an orthodontist, Kieu-Mai's transition to the oil and gas industry was an unexpected journey. Despite the shift from a sterile environment, her natural inquisitiveness and love for meeting people made her an invaluable addition to the team.
Kieu-Mai's journey with Saltronix began organically – unable to resist her instinct to assist in the office, she quickly became an integral part of the team. Her role extends to marketing and networking, where she takes the lead in promoting the Saltronix brand and building meaningful connections.
Behind the scenes, Kieu-Mai is the organizational powerhouse. From processing paperwork to managing accounts and handling AP/AR tasks, she ensures the seamless functioning of the office. Her passion for efficiency is reflected in her dedication to recreating files and folders, maintaining a professional and streamlined workspace.
Outside of work, Kieu-Mai has been engaged in volunteer work since 2005, driven by her love for helping people and bringing joy to others. Alongside her husband, Salvador "Net" Velasquez, III, she enjoys the adventure of travel and the art of cooking. Visiting her hometown and spending time with family and friends are cherished moments that complete Kieu-Mai's well-rounded and vibrant life.
